Dewar Electronics is a proud Australian company dedicated to keeping manufacturing in Australia. 

Dewar is an Australian owned family company, which started its beginnings in 1970. Over these years, Dewar have taken great pride in maintaining the design and manufacture of their products wholly in Australia.

Dewar began designing and manufacturing industrial equipment for a vast range of industries – Electronic Psychrometer for CSIRO, special power supplies for doors at the Animal Health Labs in Geelong, Liquid Level controllers and probes for the MMBW, Power Outlet Tester for Telecom Australia and Neutral Supply Testers amongst many other instruments.

In 1979 they concentrated on the Power Authorities and produced a range of electrical measurement transducers, VF Telegraph Instruments, then their first model Teleprotection unit. Now, in 2020, Dewar continue to manufacture the updated variations of their Teleprotection equipment.

Dewar have a dedicated engineering team consisting of hardware and software engineers, a skilled production team for product manufacture/assembly of SMD & through hole components and a functional testing lab.

Customer-focused and flexible which means that they can change their production line quickly to suit customers urgent needs.
